M.Ost Masters in Osteopathy | CEESO (France)
Xiaodane is a French osteopath now practising in Singapore, offering holistic, hands-on treatment tailored to your body’s needs. Known for her gentle approach and intuitive care, she helps patients of all ages move better, recover faster, and find long-term relief from pain.
Raised between France, India, Cambodia, and Laos, Xiaodane brings a rich global perspective to her practice. Her deep curiosity about people, culture, and well-being informs a compassionate, open-minded approach to osteopathy. She sees the body as a connected whole, not just a collection of symptoms.
Xiaodane began her osteopathic studies at the Centre Européen d’Enseignement Supérieur de l’Ostéopathie (CEESO) in Lyon, France, and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in the United Kingdom.
She specialises in a wide range of osteopathic techniques, including Cranial osteopathy, Visceral manipulation, Functional techniques, Muscle energy techniques and High-velocity thrust (HVT). She also supports patients who require lymphatic drainage, using gentle, targeted techniques to encourage fluid movement, reduce swelling, and support the body’s natural detoxification processes.
Her ability to integrate these methods allows her to customise each session, address the root cause of pain and restore overall balance.
Xiaodane has supported athletes at football tournaments, in running races, and at endurance events, making her a great choice for those seeking sports recovery osteopathy in Singapore. Whether you're an athlete or simply recovering from physical strain, her treatments help reduce the risk of injury, improve performance, and speed up healing.
She enjoys treating a wide spectrum of patients, including babies, children, teenagers, pregnant and postpartum women, office professionals, seniors, athletes, and active individuals. Her gentle, precise approach makes her particularly well-suited for paediatric osteopathy, supporting babies with initial developmental assessments and concerns such as colic and reflux, fussiness, head turning preference (Torticollis) and sleep disturbances.
Xiaodane is particularly interested in women’s health, the mind–body connection, and how psychological and social factors can affect physical pain.
Outside the clinic, Xiaodane loves being in the water, having spent years in a swimming team. She also enjoys hiking, travelling, pilates, live music, drawing and anything that allows her to explore, move, and stay creative.
