Insurance claims for Osteopathy

Many insurance companies provide cover for osteopathic treatment and physical therapy/rehabilitation. Some insurers do require a referral letter from a medical doctor so please check with your insurance company first.

We do not charge for the completion of insurances forms however, there is an administrative fee of $140 for the preparation of medical and other letters and $250 for full medical history reports.
